Airy and spacious rooms - good value. Luxurious open bathroom. Amazingly nice and exceptional employees on the reception desk. Marvellous spot close enough to the centre and all the lively bars and restaurants, a promenade passing by the ferry terminal and the ferry port and the train station. Also, easy access to a bustling neoclassical Herrerian square.

This was my great stay for s one night in transit stay. Everything was great, stunning location close enough to the centre, the harbour close to all the bars and restaurant s, the airport and bus station, polite staff.

i enjoyed the hotel, it was good value, and the staff was welcoming. i had very specious and neat room with central heating, a flat-screen tv, and a safe box.

Many employees at the reception, but most of them were indifferent and lethargic. It was very friendly to transport our luggage, but the porter chewing his fingernails was not a good start.

The location is perfect
The breakfast buffet is too expensive for the offer. The service is not good. Just coffee maker with bad coffee. No fresh egg offers.

If you arrive by ferry this is the hotel to choose as it is a few minutes walk from the terminal. The hotel is very well run, and we had the bonus of a room with a marvellous view over the harbour. The hotel location is perfect with easy access to the city centre, the sea front, and the rail and bus stations. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Perfect location less than a minute from the ferry terminal. Free WiFi. Secured carpark in the basement. In the centre of almost everything.
